Through the program, learners can access the Google AI Professional Certificate, local support, professional community activities, and AI tools to help them use artificial intelligence with more confidence at work.

Yes. The program is offered through Talents for Tech with support from the Google.org AI Opportunity Fund 2.0 and local Partners in Latvia, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova. The goal is to make AI learning more accessible to people whose jobs are changing because of technology.

This program is for people who want to use AI at work but are not necessarily tech experts. It is especially relevant for office assistants, customer support specialists, sales and retail workers, logistics staff, finance and payroll clerks, communications specialists, public sector workers, and job seekers.

No. You do not need previous AI experience to get started. The program is designed to help learners build practical AI confidence step by step, from basic AI concepts to real workplace use cases.

The Google AI Professional Certificate is made up of seven courses that learners can complete at their own pace. The learning path is flexible, so learners can fit it around work, studies, parenting, or job searching.

Your main commitment involves engaging with the learning content and completing over 20 practical projects. To earn the certificate, you are expected to complete 6 out of the 7 modules, including the core modules on AI Fundamentals, Brainstorming, Writing/Communicating, and Content Creation, and ensure 80% of module quizzes are completed.

No. The program includes local support through partners, a professional community, and events. This makes the learning journey more supportive than simply taking a course alone.
